Odd App Store appearance

I've now seen the App Store screen present like this twice when looking to update Macs to 10.9.2.

Has anyone else encountered this?

looks like the css isn't loading. I've not seen it on the app store, but that's what a webpage without css looks like. Likely just a transient issue in your case. quitting and restarting the app store app should clear it up eventually.
