yep, got my 9 year old a set of dog tags while he was at camp and he had a rash in the pattern of the chain (solved by switching to stainless)

There isn't any evidence that there is, indeed, any nickel on the outside of the iPad: "It turns out the popular tablet computer may contain nickel."
It could be he is allergic to some of the characters in the games he plays.

I thought the back of an ipad was aluminum or an aluminum alloy so it might be the copper or zinc
or more than likely not the ipad at all and just another
