Is the Epson RX620 compatible with Mac OS 8.6?

You talking the Staples Receipt?
I have the same receipt, and absolutely it is printed right there about the "Easy Rebate". it is the second slip they give you.
All the exclusions do not have to be printed on the original rebate form, the give you a website with the FAQ sheet which spell out the exclusions. Staples wasn't involved when this rebate first started, they joined later.

My local Staples only gave me one receipt, the one for the sale. No extra papers for the rebate. I had to go online and do it that way. Then I found out that there was one from Epson direct, and the Epson one didn't explicitly exclude a store rebate. The rebate form, the only document that is pertinent, only excludes Costco. It did however say "Some retailers may require use of their own in-store coupon to claim this rebate; please check your receipt or ask the retailer at time of purchase."



and since there was no in-store coupon, only my 1 receipt, sounds like the Epson one is fair game.

You didn't get your "Easy Rebate" from Staples?
I'd be calling Staples right about now.

I did, but it was all handled on-line, and the people in-store didn't even mention the rebate. But I knew about it beforehand, and wasn't too worried.

Maybe Epson should have said "May not be combined with any other offer or rebate" Everyone else does, when that is the case.

And Epson extended the rebate by about another month or so, and they haven't changed the wording on the rebate form with regard to other rebates, or more stores excluded either.
