How to adjust a Dell

I just hooked up a Dell E773c 17" monitor to my wifes G3 beige DT running Jaguar.
The monitor works fine but can anyone tell me how to adjust the picture? I can bring up the menu by the menu button on the monitor but don't know how to make the adjustments.

I just down loaded the manual from Dell with the instructons.
