I would like to setup a website that will be used by several users and is easily/quickly editable by all users. I know this can be accomplished with a wiki, but I don't need anything that complex for this website (it could work if there's nothing else out there). I'd really only need a single page which is editable as opposed to every page on a website.
are there other free/opensource tools that can be installed on a standard web server (LAMP) that are worth checking out?
thanks!

Graylocks, thanks for the suggestion. I had heard about writely, but hadn't looked into it until your suggestion. I like it, but it may not be the easiest solution in my instance. I'm looking for the easiest solution here--in this particular situation, it's irrelevant to me to know who edited what, and I don't want to require unique logins for every person.
I like the writely interface once you get to the document, but I'd like something slightly quicker to get to.
I've done some research into various flavors of wiki, and it seems like there may be one that will suit my needs.
thanks again for the suggestion, graylocks. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. If there are other suggestions out there as well, I'd love to hear them.
