Mac Calendar Search Not Working

I don't know what I did but the search function in the Calendar app yields nothing even though I am looking at the matching string in an event. What to do? Running Calendar 8.0 under OS X 10.10.2.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not it. Everything was already checked under spotlight. The search works on one iMac, but not the other. At least I can search the calendar on it.
