I do a lot of charity work for a local agency and I'd like to track my hours (they need this for grant purposes) and mileage for IRS tax deduction for me. I've googled my head off and searched the app store and either they're expensive, use gps tracking which I don't want, or require one to register and login. I guess what I really want is a simple way to keep track of miles driven and time spent. Something like an always available spreadsheet would be great. BTW, this would be for the iPhone. Would love suggestions.

If Waze was able to record your drives, it would be just what you want. Maybe take a screenshot of the trip before you actually get to the final location (or make the final destination 100 yds past the end of the trip)?
