Safari ( I think ) question

Safari 7.1.7, Mavericks. I'm getting intermittent beach ball when trying to load SD forum page. Scrolling works with mouse fine, but it takes about 5 seconds before the arrow key will scroll or the cursor works. Only happens on this SD page. Ideas ?

In Safari Menu bar, find the drop-down menu that contains Empty Cache, and do it.

I'm not in Mavericks now, and can't remember where it is.

If it is only this one webpage giving you problems, it is not Safari.
