Taking a little license here but this has been a good weekend overall with the Lions winning their second consecutive game but also the Spartans throwing a curve ball at the Buckeyes and Michigan getting their 9th win in a season where they weren't expected to do do much in a "rebuilding" year...

Ravens win but lose Flacco & Justin Forsett. Isn't that about 1/3 of the team on IR?

A player on the Anacostia Indigenous People's openly complained that the team is getting unfavorable calls due to the team's name.

Colts came back after a rough start. Hassleback is 3-0 as a starter.

Pack might be back although Rogers is throwing more uncatchable (well, OK, uncaught) passes than he has done in the past. Defense seems to be back to their "bend but don't break" style.

I have no 'skin' in that game but did tune in when they did a 99 yard runback to tie the game. The home team then got within TD range and were promptly rewarded with 4 straight penalties (some questionable in this viewer's mind) or just enough to get me to turn the game off.

It's supposed to be a game of 11 against 11 not 11 against 14.

What is it with the Chargers? They start hot and then crash hard. I guess the only thing left is figuring out of the Chargers will play in L.A. next year.
