Follow up to Best Buy recycling
#1
Had some problems with a local Best Buy store refusing to recycle an old laptop free of charge. Went to the next closet store (had errands, not a special trip), in the same county mind you, not a single problem, Geek squad guy standing by the customer service desk even ask if I needed the hard drive removed. I politely declined since I had already stripped out the RAM, battery, and SSD upgrade.

Bottom line, sometimes people have a bad day and make a mistake. No big deal and it all got sorted out in the end. Minus my quarter for gas on the first trip of course. Smile
