(Anyone who says eight years will automatically be considered a moron.)
Rush Limbaugh is saying 8 yrs. That Dumpf will have produced amazing results during the 8 years he will be our benevolent despot (my name for him). Golly, I believe. And we should be so lucky.:oldfogette:
You're all wrong. It will be 16 years. In the 3rd year, stringent voter ID requirements will be enacted, guaranteeing national ID to all citizens. However, the IDs of all registered Democrats, Independents, and third party affiliates will somehow get lost in the mail, only to be found in the basement of the DC IRS office after the second inauguration.
Because some but not all Republicans will have become disaffected with Trump, he will be reelected in 2020 by a 60% majority of the vote. Two more terms will be made possible by suspension of presidential term limits in the 7th year.
Although new voter IDs will also be issued in the 7th year, half of the new IDs will contain printing errors causing them to be invalid. Because of the volume, the National Printing Office will be unable to reissue the flawed IDs by the 2024 election. Moreover, the voter IDs sent to registered Republicans known to have voted against Trump in 2020 will be valid, but will have been overprinted in UV ink with the message "we know where you live."
As a consequence of the ID errors and other subsequent issues, both the 2024 and 2028 elections will mandate Trump with 100% of the votes cast.
In the 15th year, presidential elections will be canceled, and Tiny Hands Jr will succeed to the office in 2032 by executive order.
In 2032, the US Constitution will be suspended entirely, as the republic will be deemed to have "moved beyond" such artificial constraints on citizens' "freedom of action."
That is so bogus. We'll be part of the Soviet Union way before that.
