Hit the gym 2 times this week for upper body workouts. Food intake moderation went out the door while watching the Super Bowl. Must make up for it this week by actually hitting the elliptical.
Last week: 2 upper body workout, some walking.
This week: 2 upper body workouts, 1 hour elliptical.

Finally after a move and the holidays I am back on schedule for twice a week workouts at the gym, Tuesdays with the trainer, Fridays on my own at the Y which is closer to home. Y is getting all new equipment this weekend so I will interested if they now have the same machines that I use with my trainer.
Have not gotten back to daily walks though, letting cold weather be an excuse (and it really isn't all that cold).

I will use the excuse of snow as the reason I didn't go for a walk today. It's been almost snowy enough this year to be worth buying comfy snow boots to go walking.

I finally got back on my treadmill after over a month of mostly taking things off. 31.4 miles. I'm trying to average about 25 to 35 miles a week rather than 50+ miles/week I was doing. Make my joints, etc. last longer.
bilb, might be better to recover. Definitely find out what caused your plantar fasciitis.
