The Settlement Fairness Hearing was held on August 15, 2006 in Department 78 of the Los Angeles Superior Court, 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles CA 90012. The Court approved the Settlement and awarded Class Counsel attorneys’ fees. A written order of the approval is expected sometime in October.
