Need to pick up AIO laser at Office Depot within 10 minutes Friday

I have to run in and out, timewise. It needs to be for a backup printer and to make 5-10 copies a day. USB. B & W. Scanning photos. I would like to be able to refill the cartridge with toner in the future. Cheap, but not the cheapest. Any sugesstions?

Brother MFC-7820N has a lot of nice features, more than your minimum requirements, has Ethernet in addition to USB and Parallel.
