Someone please optimize my my.cnf file

Is there any software that, after running a bunch of queries on a MySQL database, will tell you which of your my.cnf parameters need adjusting?

"Hey, you could index a lot faster of our thingee_cache size were increased; you have Y total, so I'd recommend setting it to X."

Like that. Yeah.

...then again, mysql isn't my bottleneck...
