Where did the "down-arrow" scroll arrow go on my firefox window? On many windows, I do not have a down-arrow to scroll down on the page. The up arrow is down there below the scroll area, but no down-arrow. I looked in prefs and found nothing. I tried option-clicking and such to no avail. Any ideas? I am running Panther 10.3.9
