I am not sure what a "Costco Business Center" is, but I have seen the lamb at our regular Costco warehouse. I thought about buying one and splitting it with 3-4 friends.

Are you orthodox? That's an Easter rotisserie meal right there.
how could I possibly use that much meat at once? we're talking about 40 lb animal.

I've wanted to do a whole pig, lamb, goat, or steer roast for decades!
But, I don't have enough friends that have schedules that I can get in one place at one time to make it worthwhile!

A local Cash and Carry (basically a bulk restaurant supply) has whole pigs in the 30-50 lb range from time to time.

One of these days, I'd love to slow-roast a lamb.

About $100, for that Costco deal, looks like.

There's one south of the Atlanta airport. It's got an interesting mix of items including those huge hunks of meat

having been in it for a couple of years but last time i was there they had a nice assortment of kitchen supplies/utensils you don't find at the regular Costco.
