Pandora Question, if you accidentally hit Thumbs Down on a song

If you like a song, and want to give it a thumbs up, but accidentally hit the thumbs down, is there a way of ever getting to hear this song again on this play lists or song title you are keying off.?

I noticed that when you look at My Stations and click on one (not the play arrow), you get an option for Station Details, where you can see a list of all your thumbs up and thumbs down choices. It looks like you can choose to delete any of them from the list.

Thank you, got my interest up, and it was not possible on my Smart Samsung TV, but when I tried on my iPhone I was able to remove THUMBS Down songs from the list. TY.
