One nice feature of the new iTunes 12.7

The one that doesn't allow you to manage Apps - there is also no restrictions to be using an 'authorized computer' to move your own files to and from the iPhone.

I never had that problem.

In my experience, it's never been about moving stuff back and forth to the phone -- the phone will ask for authorization if you copy something that's not authorized and then try to open it -- it's specifically been about syncing. If you try to sync with more than one computer then the second computer will ask to wipe your device.

iTunes syncs just like it used to, but you cannot manage apps. Just media files like music, videos, etc.

We share one Apple account - used to be a big deal with only 5 computers being able to be authorized.
