Cheeseburgers didn't help negotiations

Can you believe Schumer and 45 ate cheeseburgers and tried to get a deal over immigration/DACA? Does McD deliver in DC?

What's the problem? They were hungry and ate a simple meal while trying to get a deal worked out. For everything that we could fault them with, that is hardly an issue. My guess is the White House kitchen made them.

I really think the problem could have been overcome if Trump's aides were sent to a locked hotel room in Samoa for a few days. They steer him like a FFA kid leads his bull with a nose ring. The aides are the evil puppet masters.

I also found it interesting that Mitch McConnell voted against the proposal.

I’ve eaten WH cheeseburgers. Tasted fine.

DT was finally engaging, then his staff told him to heel. Sad.

I think it may have been a procedural thing to let them bring it back for a vote.

Correct. The no vote allows for another vote whereas if he had voted yes it would have taken something like 3 days before another vote could be held.

It would seem Kelly and Miller are the ones driving this train, errr derailing this train.

Playing chicken and the Dems are going to hold the line. I think if Trump gave in they would have to hand carry him to the signing to make sure no one put anything contrary in his ear to change his mind.

Oh, yes...in case you wondered....I decided not to attend the Gala in FLA if the prez was not going to be there.

I think this Mfer is the biggest problem. Steven Miller. He's ride or die for Trump and he likes that more than anything. I know he's all up in Trump's face with the bs.
