Alt Theory 1: Trump's world as the independent Mob Territories.
This is based on Trump's speech at the UN on Sept 18, 2017
“As president of the United States, I will always put America first. Just like you, as the leaders of your countries, will always and should always put your countries first.” The centerpiece of Trump’s speech was the idea that every nation is best served by embracing its own independence. “Strong sovereign nations let their people take ownership of the future and control their own destiny.”
So here's the deal: Trump doesn't care what you do to the people in your own country...it's your business because the country belongs to you. When you may infringe on another mob boss's territory, you work it out with a sitdown at the local strip club.
Naturally, the frightening part of this is that it divides the world up into individual Oligarachies, free to exerise whatever crimes they wish. So President forever Xi is just fine. Enslaved and starved North Korea is peachy. Putin's Russia is just a good neighbor. Every right wing nationalist regime can do whatever the hell they please...slaughter the population of Syria=okay. Drive millions of people from Burma into Bangladesh, make Trump the God Emperor of the U.S. overarching the world=Excellent.
This is not Obama's multi-centric team world illusion. This is Mafia Kings sitting in their castles plundering the countryside without interference. This is Trump learning from the Jersey and New York mob in the deep slimy real estate markets.
