Is it possible to display the sizes of individual folders located within a folder using File Explorer?

The interwebs say that this isn't possible. Correct?

Not in File Explorer. It takes too long to add up the file sizes in the way it keeps track.

Use something like www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/. I forget what utility I used for this 20 years ago.

Thanks. It takes some time on the Mac too, but maybe windows is worse at this?
