1Password subscription: individual of Family?
#1
I have several computers (2-3 Macs and 1 Windows). On the Macs I have 4 users. Wife and I share the same 1Password keychain synced via Dropbox, but I need to update some software, I would like to get rid of dropbox, and go to a more modern version of 1Password.

yes, I know I could still buy the individual license for around $50-60 but eventually with the next macOS revision it may not work and I would need to go to the subscription model at some point...

So I am ready to give in and subscribe.

I see the $2.99 individual plan and $4.99 family plan.

I do not need separate valuts at this time, I can happily share the same vault with the spouse.

Can I use the individual subscription and share the same valut on 4 machines, and probably 4 users, or do I need to go to the family model?

Thanks

Single vault should be fine to go individual plan.

But Dropbox does work fine if you want to keep the old way. We have a shared vault in Dropbox and keep individual vaults in iCloud.

I would like to migrate away from dropbox if possible. I don't see the point to pay them AND iCloud.
