I hope the first episode is just 'still finding it's groove'.

The anti-hero is making difficult to appreciate her.

It's a good thing it's only 30min.

It'll have to get a lot better before I'd ever remotely consider binging.

1st Episode was a bit raw, but had some good stuff:


Sid: "It's just... Sometimes it feels like... people I love don't love me back."

Mom: "Well... Maybe you're aiming too high, hon."

More: So, yeah, I'm binging it tonight. I'm apparently a little slow on the draw (long week) because I'm on episode 5 and I only just realized that this is a loving send-up of a John Hughes movie. Modern-day small-town high school, 80s music, and a sarcastic yet sympathetic redhead perfectly suitable for the lead in the "Pretty in Pink" remake, except that they dropped her into "Carrie."
