You can set a price that you would take for the house. Interesting.

Zillow is still messed up in a lot of cases. Right now they've got some of their values reversed.

Is there some trick to using this site? I can navigate through its links, read help, etc using FireFox, but have not been able to bring up one home in my city, nor can I get anything plugging in the address of the one SteveJobs lists, above.

I either get, "We could not find the neighborhood you requested. The map is showing the general area you requested." --w/the map area shown blank.

or (for the 6445 Knyghton Rd, 46220)
blank map and nothing else, w/out the "We could not find..." message. -And a little Ad Block tab on top of the blank map box, which does nothing if I click or comtrol-click on it.

On another mac I dl'd the newest FF, that did the trick. It doesn't seem to like the older version (from '05?).

Q: Are many people actually selling through listing on Zillow? I hadn't heard of the site before its mention here, some months back.
