Atlanta police seek masked woman suspected of burning down Wendy's

(Reuters) - Police in Atlanta offered a $10,000 reward and published photos of what appeared to be a masked white woman as they sought the people who burned down a Wendy’s restaurant where a black man was fatally shot by an officer as he tried to escape arrest.
-
Police said they were seeking those responsible for the blaze, including a woman who was “attempting to hide her identity.” The department posted photos on social media of what looked to be a young white woman wearing a black baseball cap and face mask, and a video clip filmed by a protester that appeared to show a woman encouraging the flames.

“Look at the white girl trying to burn down the Wendy’s,” the man recording the video can heard saying. “This wasn’t us.”

The fact that she’s white means nothing to me.

I’d want to know WHY she’s considered an arson suspect.

And Brooks’ daughter’s birthday was yesterday??

She was acting very suspicious.

There was a white woman arrested for setting Seattle police cars on fire. Maybe it's a new fad?

Don't know why a Black person would burn down a Black owned business with Black employees. But it certainly could have happened statistically.

The umbrella man:

The guy arrested for arson of the Minneapolis 3rd police district building:

...which is not to say anything about motive - while I think the first guy may well have been a provocateur, the second one was just a dumb white kid who came to attention because he wore his stolen police gear to his job.

It’s just to say, there’s folks of all colors all fed up with police violence; and there’s lots of bad actors (or dumb rowdies) of all colors.
