The CDC says covid-19 is airborne and spread by aerosols, warns of badly ventilated spaces

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/20...uidelines/

“For months, scientists and public health experts have warned of mounting evidence that the novel coronavirus is airborne, transmitted through tiny droplets called aerosols that linger in the air much longer than the larger globs that come from coughing or sneezing.

Now, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention agrees. The CDC recently changed its official guidance to note that aerosols are “thought to be the main way the virus spreads” and to warn that badly ventilated indoor spaces are particularly dangerous.”

Duh.

Wear a decent mask (3 layers please)
Wear your mask PROPERLY. Cover mouth and nose, seal around nose and mouth.
Maintain your mask. If fabric, wash it regularly. If disposable, actually dispose of it. And wash your hands after touching it.

Sorry.. your face shield is USELESS. Seriously.. it's just a sneeze guard. You're breathing unfiltered air.
Sorry.. your epic beard opens your air path up to airborne droplets carrying viruses.

It's so nice that they've come around to where the entire rest of the world was in February.

Oops, I forgot smoke is not political but viruses are.

And now the CDC reversed course, saying what was posted was a “technical” error.

Because web pages rely on tech, not people to deploy?

The CDC is nothing but ridiculous at this point. Fire everybody and start over (the good people will be rehired). Not you Redfield.

The insertion of 'political commissars' in federal agencies has destroyed what little faith anyone still had with government messaging.
