So, essentially, between the electoral college, per-state Senate allotment, federal judges controlled by the senate, AND the limitation on the size of the House of Representatives, rural interests enjoy a strong handicap to control ALL three branches of our government.

600,000 Wyomites get to decide what's best for 40 million Californians pretty much in perpetuity.

I don't see how this can end well.
