It’s humbling to see what a good photographer can capture. Last night, I fired up my Canon X-some-model-that’s-more-than-understand to try and get some night photos of Christmas lights.

I’d like to think with more practice I could at least remember how to set things. The truth, however, is to be reminded at how much there is to learn.
