I used to do software reviews and I used their sister product You Control and it wasn't a bad product. My gripe was the software broke with each 10.X upgrade forcing you to repurchase it (with no upgrade pricing). If you are on Panther and move to Tiger, you would have to upgrade this too or lose access to any data stored . Essentially with Apple and the OS releases, this about every year.

Not sure if You Syncronize is the same way.

You Software can no longer sell or support You Synchronize.

In February 2006, Weber Ventures did not renew the You Synchronize publishing agreement with Attensa, Inc. In March 2006, Mac Software LLC acquired the You Software brand and the You Control line of Macintosh products (You Control, You Control: Fonts, You Control: Desktops and You Control: Tunes) from Attensa, Inc. and will continue to do business as You Software. Since You Synchronize was no longer a part of the product line, it was not available for acquisition.
