After an unusually hot and dry summer (dry as in insufficient rain, not dry as in low humidity - we had lots of humidity!), we’re having a longish stretch of very pleasant Fall around these parts.

I love Fall. I could sit and watch it (or walk through it) all day.

We had a lightning storm two nights ago in the area in SoCal where I live - practically unheard of in October. Seriously - I can't remember whether I've ever seen that happen in my 55 years of living here.

It made for a hell of a show, though. Smile

Going to be 80 this weekend then back into the mid 70's. I want to move some plants that have out grown their space, but I need a good frost to end their season. Of course, THEN I want it to be warm while I actually move the plants.

Nope! Not here! This summer's incessant rain and humidity will not be missed by me. Cool nights and crisp days with still warm sun while having low humidity? That's all I want.
