iOS mail app question - seeking swipe features
#1
I don't like Apple's Mail app in iOS in that I have to tap a tiny triangle to move to the next email message.

Like in this image:

Is there a 3rd party app that lets you flick the screen left or right to move to the next or previous email?

Or will that come in iOS 7?

Maybe something like this, Gmail for iOS:

It's coming in iOS 7.

What I really want is an in-app version of Safari for Mail. It's *such a pain* to be taken out of Mail and into Safari when clicking a link and then having to double click Home and choose Mail in order to get back to the email from which you clicked the link.

As far as I know, that's *not* coming in iOS 7 unfortunately.

It's coming in iOS 7.

Are you sure?

You can move through levels such as Mailboxes > In Box > eMail, but I don't know that you can move from eMail to eMail with a swipe. The up/down arrows are still in the upper right.

Oh, maybe you're right. That's kind of a bummer. Thanks for pointing that out.

Now that I've been using the Gmail app, I really like the swipe feature.

C'mon, Apple - USABILITY!!
