Note that you can take a non-resident Trout. Trouts from other states are free. Just have to have a copy of their fish license.

Years ago PA made anglers buy stamps for each stream in some instances. It was a real pain.

That was to pay for the Spanish American War... Not WWI. And the Pittman-Robertson taxes on hunting and fishing licenses, along with that on firearms and ammunition, are more than 80% of wildlife conservation monies.

Local wildlife area has part of it open for viewing and hunting ducks geese pheasants in fall . they put in a parking lot from hunters fees . You got free parking with license . Local environmentalists and bird groups screamed that they had to pay $15 dollars for a yearlong parking permit .
