I'm tired of my Sennheiser 595's, and I'm looking for something with more detail.
Are you happy with your HiFiMan HE-560 V4? Any further thoughts/details/suggestions?
Anybody not happy?
Thanks!

The phones are richly detailed, particularly in the mid to upper ranges. The lower ranges, while crisp, do not pack as much punch as I would want them to.
The driving source makes a huge difference. I just bought a Schitt Asgard with multibit DAC (discontinued) and that made a world of difference over D1 DAC and Schitt Modi/Magni setup. The sound is much more rounded and rich in tenor, less crisp and clinical.
The cups are VERY comfy. The headband? Meh, I get a hotspot every now and then. I just move it and I am fine.
Overall, I would say I am happy, but the performance will depend on what is driving it.

I'm very happy with mine, though they're being driven with a audioengine D1.
A different DAC/Amp might be in my future, but they are far too pricey for my preferences.
My only minor complaint is the cord they ship with.
It's holding the coiled shape (as shipped) very well and so is a little unwieldy.
I've had to bolster the connection at the 3.5mm plugs as the outer insulation was starting to wear through.
The headband isn't an issue for me, and I wear them on average for three hours at time.
I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

devil's advocate: How do you know you're missing it? And compared to what?
