Credit Card Question, and Viewing PENDING Charges, they disappeared?

I was looking at my Costco Visa, to see if a refund from Norwegian Cruise Line had appeared. I was surprised that the refund(s) were broken up into 8 parts, and so I printed out the pending, and called Norwegian Cruise Lines, and was able to figure out which refund went with which person, Me, Wife, Son, and His Wife...etc...

So today I look, and instead of still seeing those PENDING 8 or so refunds, they are not in pending and not in the final side, down below.

I called Costco Visa, and she said it may take 7-10 days. But I truly didn't feel satisfied with that answer, as I wondered why they would appear and then disappear?

Is that typical?

there is probably a step in between the end of pending and the beginning of actively charged that doesn't happen on the weekend. ?? Just a guess...

I would look to NCL before Costco. I expect that NCL will want to hold onto an "Eight Pack" of customers if possible and, NCL might be "juggling" the charges. I'd try a "friendly" call to NCL and see what they say about your refunds. If you play it right, you might score a nice discount on a future cruise in addition to getting your full refund.
