My cousin is paying $34k a year for his newly graduated daughter to go to horse chiro school. I laughed when he told me but I guess there is a waiting list to get in.

I've never been to a chiropractor. When my sciatica was bad I talked to one but I'm just not sure it's a real science.

It's pseudo-religious quackery.

Any benefits are from the massage, not the potentially deadly manipulation of the spine to let the demons out and magically cure your syphilis.

Bought the house from a chiropractor. He and his mother in law practiced in what is our living room until the practice was moved to a new building out back. Quite a few folks stopped by looking for him the first year or two after we moved in and they were extremely complimentary of what he did for them.

I was having, I think maybe back issues but I don't remember specifically what it was. My personal trainer suggested I give it a try and I had about six sessions. I confirmed my skepticism that it would make any difference.

I refer to them as Quackopractors. My wife used to swear by hers.
