Asleep at the wheel?

A woman seems to be asleep behind the wheel, oblivious to an attempt to wake her.

I'm not sure what more worrisome — the driver asleep or the driver using a phone, 'filming', while driving.

The sleeping driver is definitely more worrisome. There were 2 people in the filming vehicle, so although it's unclear who took the video, we can at least hope that it was the passenger recording the video.

That what I believe as well. The passenger seems to be at an angle where the driver could not have seen what they were filming, had it been the driver holding the camera.

I have seen several of these reports over the years but I don't recall a follow up. Did the Police ever find these people and did theyt confirm they were indeed sleeping, or was this staged up for publicity?
