There is a scene in Madmen where Don gets on an elevator with one of the account people. The account guy says something like "I thought about you all weekend and it gave me a headache."

Don replies, "I don't think about you at all."

This is what I think of when I see these Musk posts.

And you would be wrong. You may not have noticed but Musk has scaled back some of his assholish tweets lately. Apparently he was surprised at the push back from many of his supporters and the public in general. So yes he does 'think' about it.
