It depends on the Citroen. Citroens usually look the way they look to accommodate this or that feature, not because of the whims and fancies of a stylist.

That being said, even I'll admit Citroen outdid themselves in the ugly department with the AMI 6-

As I said, the 2CV was pretty cool:
