if I bought Apple Care through Costco, what do I have to do?

Once upon a time, when we were all back at "the old place", shortly before MRF was born/spawned, I bought a G4 MDD at CompUSA (aka, ChumpUSA, CrapUSA, etc.), that was sold as "New-Open Box" w/ AppleCare right on the receipt. I was told, that like when buying something from Apple, that the AppleCare was registered to the MDD upon said purchase.

Short story; it wasn't.

Turned out to be probably the biggest computer related hell of my life, as some of y'all may remember the tale of the infamous "CUSA MDD". Now, I don't want to in any way imply that Costco is anything like CompUSA was, but based on my past experience, as gadje said; I'd check coverage online to make sure, and then call Apple(Care) as needed if there are any questions.

that included an homage to the actual resolution.

With prayers for those we've lost over the years,
Gene L, R.I.P., had a similar issue w/ his CUSA G5

My CUSA MDD resolution was similar to rexrzer's as he noted in Gene's thread.

As to memory lane, again our thoughts and prayers for
the many who are no longer with us, that appeared in
the saga, and for their loved ones and friends that are.
