Quest for this strange clip for our humidifier has me grinding my teeth

I've looked high and low, Macmaster, Grainger, Appliance Parts, Amz, with no luck. The only way I can replace the missing one is to buy a kit that's $60. Anybody know where I can get one?

Yep, looks like those, but it clips onto a round shaft.
