the point is that Trump may well be a convicted felon by november and all those voters who only wake up a few months before presidential elections will recognize for the first time that he is not presidential material and will look for an alternative. They will then find Haley.

It's not a ridiculous scenario. And then there is 28. She will have #1 name recog by then.

I also agree that Haley will stay in, given the potential for someone to be too "busy." Although it's hard to imagine the convention...
