DOGE Website Hacked And Defaced — Internet Laughs At Musk: ‘These Experts Left Their Database Open’
#11
It should be clarified that this was not "hacking."

Hacking requires skill.

This was child's play. Someone looked at the source for the site, which was accessible to anyone with a web browser.

What you're supposed to do with Pages is host your own source code, but the DOGE boys pulled code from publicly accessible/editable sites.

They took shortcuts and ignored basic safety practices. As these folks supposedly dumped the contents of secure government servers containing the PII (personal info) of just about every American onto their own servers, this total disregard for securing it is worrisome.
