I haven't purchased from them before, but they've been around for at least a few years (not as long as KEH.com).

I took a closer look at the listing, and it says, "The internal optics have a signs of fungus, but this doesn't affect functionality." miley-laughing001:

But they had a bunch of others, so I paid a little more and got one without fungus (or moisture).

No personal experience, but I've heard a lot about them from other photographers and almost all has been positive.
