Elmo holds himself above his “country”—that is, if he even has one. Anyone that goes against his objectives is therefore a traitor (to him).

To be clear, I am not "on" Twitter. I haven't deleted my account because there are a number of people, mostly art historians and comics historians, who haven't transitioned to Bluesky or Threads and I want to be able to pop in and check them out once in a while.
