Will this PS work with this MoBo?

The PS on our gaming PC is flaking out, and I'm looking to replace it.

I'm looking at this PS:

This is the motherboard I have:

MSI K8N Diamond Plus Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

Is that PS compatible? I'm having trouble navigating all the acronyms.

My drives are all ATA and my graphics card is PCI-E. But I want to buy something that will also be good for the next "upgrade."

It's ATX, your MOBO is ATX - it should work fine.
