And quite delicious, I might add. It was worth the wait! Actually, it's bananas, as I was waiting on about 8 of them from this bunch- has taken more than two weeks!

Hmmm, I thought of something else when I read that headline. ; )

But as Newt suggests, freezing ripe or even overripe bananas is a great healthy summer treat. I have been doing it all summer.

Ahem. MrBigStuff, it's not considered polite to yell that out loud in public. I'm sure you're likely surpised (and possibly dismayed), but that announcement would best be said in a low tone, so that only the person you NEED to confide this in can hear you.

Of course, I can understand your pride (and therefore, need to announce this to the public) in being able to determine for yourself that your banana is, indeed, delicious.
