Hey, my first insider scoop: I have a friend, who runs regularly with a top Adobe designer, and my friend mentioned the news going around that CS3 apps might not run immediately with Leopard. The Adobe dude stopped in his tracks, and said do you really think Adobe will allow that to happen? He then went on to say that CS3 sales are massive, and there's simply no way Adobe would allow non-working apps at the launch of Leopard. He says they'll all work perfectly.
Granted, you can bank on this information with exactly zero dollars. No guarantees in life or this rumor. Still, I'm banking on it and installing Leopard Friday.

If my memory serves me; I think Adobe apps have worked well through other OS X major updates.
It's been mentioned here hundreds of times. Just make a backup before you install.

My three main apps are Adobe InDesign CS3, FileMaker Pro 8.5, and TextEdit (no kidding). I know TextEdit will work out the box, so to speak, but I'll likely wait until Monday or Tuesday, keeping an eye on the forum and MacFixIt, before I go ahead and install Leopard on The Moneymaker (which is my new name for my MacBook Pro).

MacIntouch has had good experience with CS3 on Leopard beta builds to date.
However, Filemaker has stated they will not be Leopard worthy tomorrow.

Wow, that's just... wow.

I mean, being a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple, and you're not ready for a major OS release? Even one that's been delayed?
Maybe it's time to switch to... oh, wait, they don't have any real competition in the Mac market. (fringeware notwithstanding)
[added] A post I just read at the forums over at MacInTouch:
FileMaker is keeping a lot of us from running Windows on our Macs. As of Friday... If you install Leopard, you can't run FileMaker; if you don't install Leopard, you can't run Boot Camp. Catch 10.5.
