I am NOT battling silly BF crowds
#1
I have a hard enough time commuting/shopping with some very crass citizenry(and non-citizen)RY, that I will do them a favor and not see them at their very worst.

I have done it in the past, but I can't stand to see grown people act like selfish, hateful deal mongers.

I wish I didn't have to, but I need a bunch of supplies to get going on some building maintenance tasks over the next few days. Definitely timing my Home Depot trip to miss the 6-hour sale.

That's different, imo. I have to go out TOO, but I will be a non-BF participant. I have my wife's BDay to buy for on Monday.

And as I had stated before, I want a Spa gift thing, and perhaps some speakers for playing iPod/music in Living Room.

But, I hope to get around the crazies! Smile

[not saying anyone ELSE should not go participate, just that I would rather not see some primal tendencies]

I went to Home Depot last year during their 6 hour sale and the place was no more crowded than normal. I even got the doorbuster (150+ drill bits, etc for $14.99). Actually got two. So I wouldn't worry about going there.

This is one year that I didn't go. I did go to one yard sale but no cheap DVD's for me this
year, gotta cutback somewhere.

I was saddened to see the news reports of shoppers getting in line WEDNESDAY night for the Friday sales.
