I do that too sometimes. Find some problem and think it can't be as simple as restarting so I try to figure something else out, but 9 times out of 10 it's just that.

I just restart every week or so, and run Onyx, and my machines don't ever have any significant wierdness.

My god, what will I ever do? I have to restart my machine?!?!?!?!?! THE HORROR OF IT ALL!
